- Accuracy statement: A statement that the information in the notice is accurate
- Authority statement: A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed
- Signature: Your physical or electronic signature

If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include all of the following information:

- Your identification: Your full name, address, phone number, and email address
- Description of removed material: Detailed description of the material that was removed or disabled
- Location information: Information reasonably sufficient to identify where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled
- Good faith statement: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Consent to jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or Phoenix, Arizona if outside the US)
- Service acceptance: A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice
- Signature: Your physical or electronic signature
5. Our Response Process
5.1 Upon Receiving a Valid DMCA Notice:
- Immediate review: We will promptly investigate the claim within 24-48 hours
- Content action: Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
- User notification: Notify the user who posted the content about the takedown
- Documentation: Maintain records of the notice for our compliance files
- Follow-up: Monitor for repeat infringement by the same user
5.2 Upon Receiving a Valid Counter-Notice:
- Complainant notification: Send a copy of the counter-notice to the original complainant
- Waiting period: Wait 10-14 business days for the complainant to file a court action
- Content restoration: Restore the content if no court action is filed within the waiting period
- Continued monitoring: Continue to monitor for further complaints about the restored content
6. Repeat Infringer Policy
DBELL MAIL maintains a strict policy regarding repeat copyright infringers. We will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers under appropriate circumstances.

6.2 Factors We Consider:
- Number and frequency of infringement notices
- Severity and scope of the infringement
- User's response to previous notices
- Whether the user has submitted valid counter-notices
- Evidence of willful or commercial infringement
7. False Claims and Perjury

Submitting a false or bad faith DMCA claim is perjury under federal law and may result in:
- Legal liability: Damages under Section 512(f) of the DMCA
- Criminal penalties: Federal perjury charges
- Service ban: Permanent prohibition from using our service
- Law enforcement referral: Cases may be referred to appropriate authorities
- Civil litigation: You may be sued by the affected user
